Warehouse coordinator (Temporary storage warehouse)

Coordinates acceptance and release of all imported inventory in time, as well as ensuring appropriate storage conditions at the entrusted site. Responsible for the timely locating/releasing imported goods to/from TSA according to Customs rules. Controls and responsible for timely preparation of customs documents and reports. Controls and directs daily activities of TSA warehouses. Responsible for preventing violation of customs regulations. Controls materials movement from TSA to Company Warehouse and prepares required documents of report. Maintains close communication with Logistics group on loading /unloading operations. Collects and processes data for the monthly, quarterly and annual customs statistics and metrics preparation. Ensures the efficiency of the use of warehouse resources and space, uniform (rhythmic) operation at entrusted site. Provides quality customer service and improves workflows. Keeps records of warehouse operations according to established report. Ensures compliance with storage and preservation requirements. Investigates cases of shortage or theft of materials from the entrusted site. Executes the inspection and recommendations for the activities of the entrusted site. Interacts with other departments to promptly resolve operational issues within his competence. Proper storage of materials in entrusted group. Ensure safe receiving process and safe operation of Industrial facilities. To chose Business Partners who meet the requirements of Industrial Safety and control the quality of their work during construction and repair work of equipment, buildings. Participates in the investigation of incidents, accident at hazardous ares. Take measures to prevent the entry into the entrasted territory of unauthorized persons.

computer skills: Microsoft Office, JDE E1.
