Perform QA/QC inspection of static equipment during construction, installation and commissioning activities.
Inspect static equipment such as pressure vessels, tanks, heat exchangers, columns, drums and related equipment.
Review and verify equipment installation, alignment, dimensions, materials and workmanship against approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
Review inspection and test plans (ITPs), method statements, drawings and quality documentation.
Monitor and witness inspection and testing activities in accordance with approved procedures and ITP requirements.
Verify material certificates, inspection reports and relevant quality records.
Identify non-conformities and follow up on corrective actions.
Coordinate with construction, engineering and subcontractor teams to ensure compliance with project quality requirements.
Prepare and maintain inspection reports, checklists and other QA/QC documentation.
Ensure compliance with applicable Kazakhstan regulations, international standards, project specifications and client requirements
Higher technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Equipment Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in QA/QC inspection, preferably in oil & gas, petrochemical or chemical projects.
Proven experience with static equipment inspection.
Experience with pressure vessels, storage tanks, heat exchangers, columns and other static equipment.
Good knowledge of relevant international standards, codes, specifications and QA/QC procedures.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, equipment datasheets and technical documentation.
Experience with ITPs, inspection reports, NCRs and quality documentation.
Knowledge of welding and NDT requirements related to static equipment would be an advantage.
English language intermediate or above; ability to work with technical documentation in English.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Experience working on large-scale construction or petrochemical projects is preferred
