-Manage the development of Method Statement, Feasibility study and calculations as well as scheduling, design task assignments, engineering and survey works cost estimate; -Perform technical management of task assignment by employees within the established schedule providing timely work load, eliminating conflicts on principle issues; Check and sign all design estimate (survey) documentation issued by the Team; -Control the quality and timeliness of technical documentation preparation, conformity of project equipment with specifications. -Maintain systematic work on improvement of labor efficiency of employees within department. -Ensure timely provision of required materials, inventory and equipment for the team. -Provide task assignments and input data from Project Managers for execution of design (engineering survey) works, issuance of tasks with indication of facilities, due dates and cost of work;

∙ Higher technical education. ∙ Experience in the field of construction in a managerial position of 5 years or more. ∙ Lead the development of work methodology, feasibility studies, calculations, and network schedules. feasibility studies and calculations, as well as the preparation of network schedules, tasks for the design assignments, estimates for design and survey work. ∙ Provide technical leadership in the execution of tasks by employees within the the established deadlines, ensuring timely proper coordination in the work, eliminating arising disagreements on issues of principle.
