Property Registration Specialist

- Support and approval of project documentation in government agencies; - Accounting and registration of constructed facilities and acceptance acts of the facility in operation; - Commissioning of facilities; - Interaction with government agencies and services on issues of obtaining permits; - Interaction with government agencies and services on issues of registration of title and identification documentation; - Extension, merger, registration, re-registration, addition of an additional land plot; - Preparation of applications, certificates, opinions, and other documents.

- Mandatory knowledge of land, town planning, housing legislation, regulations governing construction activities; - Higher legal education; - Work experience of 5 years; - Understanding of the technical aspects of oil and gas operations, facilities, buildings, structures and devices; - Ability to work on electronic government portals (egov.kz, elicense.kz, eotinish.kz, epsd.kz, etc.); - Ability to read projects in AutoCAD;
