Construction Superintendent

• Coordinate the overall construction process of facilities, structures and/or pipelines and monitoring contractor performance assuring the application of all the relevant HSEQ and QA procedures, and providing technical support as required Promote a total quality work ethic and safe and pleasant work environment and establish an environment of mutual respect and teamwork with all employees. • Act as a liaison with contractors and clients managing any work interfaces and enhancements to project scope • Conduct Technical Evaluation of bidders. • Conduct kick-off and work progress meetings with Contractors • Undertake team briefings and inception activities to ensure all aspects of work are understood by all concerned parties. • Monitor and assign work to Site Supervisors in accordance with Company’s policies and procedures and limits of authority.

-Higher professional technical education and work experience in construction no less than 5 years in construction, mechanical/piping, electrical/instruments, planning, scheduling, etc.
