Ensures organization of works in accordance with the requirements of Rules for Arrangement of Electrical Installations, Safety Regulations, Rules for Operation of Customers’ Electrical Installations, Rules for power supply and lighting support of civil aviation flights of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Regulatory documents of the civil aviation authority, Rules for radio technical and aeronautical telecommunication support of civil aviation flights, BBS Program, TCO Safety Instructions, TCO Policy on protecting people and environment, and other normative and regulatory documents of the RoK, as well as manufacturer’s requirements. Promotes systematic management of safety, environmental protection, health protection, reliability and efficiency to achieve world-class performance in support of TCO Operational Excellence. Takes part in the Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) program. Participates in permit-to-work, LOTO and business partner operating personnel routine duties audits as per TCO Safety Instructions and interacts with Managing Safe Works team. Participates in the review of planning phase hazard analysis (PPHA) and measures on their mitigation / elimination during routine and non-routine activities, as well as during pre-commissioning equipment checks.
Education: Higher technical; Work experience: not less than one year; Language skills: Kazakh – Proficiency (colloquial, business); Russian – Proficiency (colloquial, business, technical); English – Intermediate (colloquial, business, technical); PC knowledge and skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, JDE E1.
