EM Specialist – General

•Implement Emergency Management requirements at Future Growth Project. •ВInteract with the Projects representatives. Projects’ Emergency Management Specialists to implement the Emergency Management Process as part of implementation of new requirements or process changes to align with TCO requirements. •Provide the Projects with technical and advisory support in emergency management at Tengiz. •Collect data, analyze metrics of emergency management efficiency. •Take actions to improve process efficiency metrics. •Actively participate in long- and short-term projects designated to enhance emergency management process. •Track Level 1, 2 and 3 drills vs. their schedule and ensure the drill progress is discussed and recommendations issued to improve Tengiz groups’ emergency preparedness are followed and completed.

Higher technical education is required, preferably in Health and Safety and Environmental/Emergency preparedness. Need to know. Legislative, normative legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan and methodological materials on occupational health and safety, organization of work on occupational safety and health, safety standards systems. Minimum 3 years of work experience in Emergency preparedness Work experience in working with technical documentation, ability to work with a large number of documents (preferred) Ability to work as part of the team (required) Good writing and verbal communication skills (required). Facilitation skills Organizational competencies (preferred)
