Terms and Conditions
Manage all reporting departments and bears responsibility for the achievement of targeted results in IT, Cyber Security, Digitalization and Continuous Improvement activities. Identify and propose new digital technologies to be implemented within KPO and ensure IT&T service to meet the KPO business requirements.
Manage and ensure the Digitalization and Continuous Improvement strategy definition and guarantee its alignment/compliance with the KPO business objectives and the valorization of the technology innovation.
Higher education (University degree or higher) in the relevant speciality and not less than 5 years of work experience in managerial positions relevant to the profile of the organisation/directorate activity.
It is preferable to have Master of Business Administration or additional qualification in management.
