Technical Translator

Translate specific discipline-related documentation, materials and correspondence, interpret for User department Managers and specialists at business and working meetings. Carry out written and verbal, full and brief translations conveying the exact meaning, style and lexical content of texts and conversations, maintain established terminology and definitions. Edit translated texts and (depending on the competence) check and edit texts translated by other Translators, particularly official documents to be sent to State authorities and organizations. Clarify and unify terminology, definitions and conceptions in the texts as per specific areas of the industry.

Higher education (Translation Studies) and not less than 2 years of work experience as Technical Translator • Russian and/or Foreign (English) language. • Methods of verbal and written translation of texts, technical and other special documented information. • Interpret negotiations. • Specifics of company activities. • Terminology of translated texts in Russian or foreign (English) languages
