• Possess a strong personal safety awareness in alignment with the TCO Safety Culture. • Contribute to safety program, health and environment protection, reliability and efficiency in order to achieve high performance of TCO OE (Operational Excellence) strategies. • Actively participate in IIF (Incident and Injury-free) culture. • Lead safety meetings and toolbox talks with contractors and other stakeholders. • Develop a strong culture that embodies TCO high performance behaviours. • Ensure all deliverables are in compliance with contract terms and conditions and FGP expectations and requirements. • Participate in planning and review sessions with the contractors. • Establish standards and metrics for FGP facilities that will measure and deliver a high level of service to the FGP groups and functions. • Check meal reports on a daily and monthly basis. • Ensure Procedures and policies are being followed, communicate daily activities and support where required • Мonitor and report potential shortfalls and issues, offering resolution plans for catering services. • Have contractor engagement and management for catering service providers. • Coordinate and finalize planning of catering requirements for all VIP events and TCO function catering requests, monitor and amend cost proposals, respecting budget restraints, and where appropriate submit for management approval. • Check contractor invoices and payment requests for accuracy and contractual compliance. • Oversee hygiene audit program at all catering service locations and interface with IR as required. • Compile and issue reports and reviews on catering services as required. • Maintain safe and sanitary working conditions in line with TCO standards and procedures, RoK laws and regulatory acts. • Work with catering and services company management to approve a three-meal menu in Company Camp and off-site canteen facilities. • Work with catering personnel, check timely submission of meal requests. • Safekeeping of service documentation (files) and compliance with confidentiality provisions as related to any data disclosed in the line of own job duties. • Attend meetings with catering contractors and take notes (record-keeping). • Support Facility Audits to control the quality of services, including spot checks; all discrepancies/shortfalls should be brought to attention of management so immediate action can be taken. • Approve short-term and long-term access for visitors in VAMS, PAMS system. • Work with contractors to address any issues and complaints. • Any other duties related to Services as required by the Management.
• Higher education • Preferred 3-5 years in Сamp and Catering • Russian and English (at least intermediate level). Kazakh - preferred. • Proficiency in most Microsoft Office applications and shared documentation management system. MS Excel experience is a must.
