Terms and Conditions
Develop scope of work for the steam blowing, chemical cleaning, air blowing, slug flushing and lube oil flushing specialty cleaning vendor.
Review technical input to Specialty cleaning contractor proposals.
SME for Chemical Cleaning, High Velocity Water Flushing, Two Phase Water/Air Flushing, Hydraulic and Lube oil flushing, lower pressure continuous steam blowing, closed loop low pressure continuous steam blowing, azeotropic drying, discontinuous air blow high volume/low volume.
Degree Mechanical Engineering or Relevant Industry Experience.
5 + years international experience in pre-commissioning and commissioning management at refineries, LNG plants, petrochemical, and power generation plants.
Proven expertise in coordinating large scopes of work during pre-commissioning – commissioning phases and start up
