Job Requirements
Terms and Conditions
Develop and implement Sales plan according to budget.
Search for potential clients to participate in essential projects in mining, civil, energy in Kazakhstan. Work with key Clients.
Coordinate Operations department, requests and monitor Coordinators’ quotes.
Participate and support engagement of contractors for transportation. Develop Contractors base for international transportation.
Interact with international Bertling Director, contract and tender department to discuss terms and prices.
Guide and consult Managers and financial planning specialists, participate in budget development, consult Operations specialist, guide on operational excellence.
Higher education (in economics/transport/ engineering)
Minimum 10 years’ experience in leading logistic/transport company
Minimum 5 years’ experience at leading roles/ Sales/Key accountant manager
Experience in negotiation
Knowledge of international and Kazakhstani law in cargo shipping
Intermediate Level of English
Knowledge of Excel, various EPR, Рower Point
Readiness to business trips
Atyrau 5/2, For Kazakh passport holders
