3GP Rotating Equipment QC Inspector

• Reporting to the MEI QC Mechanical Supervisor/s. • Participate and commit to the project Incident and Injury Free (IIF) Program. • Direct and oversee activities related to; o Rotating equipment including pumps, Turbines, motors and compressors; o Heat Exchangers; o Piping; o Support and other steelwork; o PAU’s & PAR’s; o Flange Management o Insulation. • Provide overall rotating package equipment technical leadership, expertise and mentoring capabilities across 3GP MEI scopes.

• Mechanical Trade Qualification or Mechanical Engineering background with minimum 5-7 years related industry experience. • Minimum 3-5 years inspection related to static / rotating equipment. • Demonstrate working knowledge of applicable codes, such as ASME Sec I, V, VIII and IX. ANSI B31.3/4/8 and API 620/650/686 • Experience in managing inspection / mechanical personnel in a project environment. • Working knowledge in all construction disciplines; Civil, Structural, Pipe, Mechanical, and Welding required.
