Senior Document Controller

• Serve as the focal point for managing Tengiz Contracts Group Project Correspondence Documentation to all Tengiz based Contractors and Suppliers • Process both Inbound and Outbound transmittals for Contracts Group • Provide Level 1 document control support to site-based Contracts personnel: i) expediting the processing of any urgent Inbound and Outbound transmittals, as and when required; ii) providing weekend coverage for TCO FGP Atyrau team. • Ensure completeness of information from all Project Suppliers / Contractors into Company FGP EMDS • Perform ongoing quality checks against Project Supplier & Contractor documentation • Document Management and Technical Query systems (eB, ViewPoint, SharePoint, RIMS)

• 5 years’ experience working in an oil and gas construction Project environment • 5 years’ experience monitoring and loading documentation into a Project Document Management System • Strong knowledge and experience supporting and working with Document Management Systems (COREWORX, SharePoint, RIMS) • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
