3GP MC Engineer

Safety ∙ Be a leader in work safety and environment protection: ∙ Contributes to consistent safety management, environmental protection, health, reliability, and efficiency to achieve world class performance in support of TCO Operational Excellence strategies; ∙ Participates in the Behaviour Based Safety Program (BBS). Systems Completions activities at site: ∙ Develops and implements Systems Completion coordination plans and procedures. ∙ Works with construction to manage bulk construction to sub-system focus ∙ Owns and facilitates weekly Redzone meetings to drive weekly targets ∙ Defines and validates SC certification scope for assigned sub-systems ∙ Assists Systems Owners in plan and procedure development ∙ Supports Systems Completion planning activities in Atyrau and Tengiz with occasional business travel as required Management and Coordination: ∙ Coordinates with Construction team ∙ Owns & drives daily and weekly Red Zone meetings ∙ Responsible for delivery (Construction to MC) of assigned subsystems ∙ Manages interfaces with System Owners for transition to pre-commissioning to commissioning ∙ Liaises closely with MEI, Construction, Operations and System Completions personnel as required. Reporting: • Develops MC dashboards and reporting metrics to be utilized by the project management teams. • Monitors and reports work activities - generates status reports as needed.

Higher Technical in Engineering 3-5 years TCO Experience. Construction or TA, Capital Project and Leadership Experience. Microsoft Office programs; familiarity with systems completion databases
