HVAC Coordinator

• Arranges and manages technical operation and operating mode of ventilation systems and air conditioning units. • Maintains Shelters in Point functionality and arranges maintenance of SIP. • Arranges and controls technical maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting and testing of equipment’s in production areas. • Arranges and controls troubleshooting, current, mid-level and complete repair. • Fulfills fault register for the turnaround scope of work and for current repairs of systems and equipment’s. • Participates in investigation and identification of root causes of equipment failure in the sphere of HVAC and SIP, develops recommendations to eliminate and prevent such failures. • Develops plan, instruction, schedule for repair and technical maintenance of equipment’s. • Participates in development of step-by-step procedure on technical maintenance of HVAC and SIP.

• Higher technical education, preferably in the sphere of HVAC, mechanical and Instrumentation. • Employment experience as a HVAC engineer – not less than 3 years, project development and implementation skills in the sphere of HVAC systems. • Knowledge of regulatory system of RoK in the sphere of HVAC systems. • Knowledge of regulatory system of RoK on requirements for Shelter in Place in production area. • Knowledge of climate control equipment types of major manufacturers. Knowledge of modern approaches in the sphere of HVAC, and their repair and maintenance. • Knowledge of rules and norms of labor protection, safety, industrial hygiene and fire protection. Management of production and labor. • Knowledge of MEP (mechanical, plumbing, electrical and instrument). • Experience in selection of equipment’s in accordance with the technical specifications and general requirements of the customer. • Knowledge of Ozon friendly refrigerants. • Knowledge of vessels, which working under pressure.
