3GP Vendor Coordinator

o Focal point within project team for all vendor services scope o Flexible and adaptable approach to demands and changes in work activity o Contribute to safety program, health and environment protection, reliability and efficiency in order to achieve world-class performance of TCO OE strategies. o Support Vendor Services Lead to interface across all 3GP teams (Systems Completion, Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation) site execution teams, VS agreement contracts team, and disciplines to ensure Vendor Service Requirements are defined, captured and in look-aheads. o Approval of Vendor Service Requests, checking accuracy of details, scope, correct AFE allocation and relevant PT approvals received. o Support Vendor Services Lead to identify risks to vendor availability and work mitigations and priorities with different project teams as required o Provide support/ data for routine report out on VS status and plans ensuring any areas of concern are addressed o Interface with team on schedules, ensuring vendor requirements are identified and linked to activities.

• 5 years previous experience in a vendor services / contracts / planning or related role • 5 years experience in Oil and Gas or related industry highly desirable • Previous scheduling and planning experience highly desirable
