FGP Material Coordinator

The purpose and main function of this position is to coordinate the transfer of FGP materials to the operating spares. • Coordination of cross functional team to identify O&M equipment needs and associated technical requirements • Single point of contact for material transition to operating spares • Liaise and engage closely with FGP Operations, FGP Warehouse and Base Business (BB) Operations to develop a process for receiving and tracking O&M equipment and special tools • Coordinates or perform activities to compare TCO and FGP inventory for inventory standardization and duplication prevention purposes • Contributes to the alignment of Maintenance strategies to determine what materials and in what quantities are required to be available in stock • Provide QA/QC on spare parts required / purchased • Perform risk assessment resulting from equipment not being available when needed

• Education: Higher education for respective profession • Work experience: 5 years or more • PC knowledge and skills: Experienced MS Office (Project, Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, Visio), Computer Maintenance Management Systems (E1)
