3GP PLMM Coordinator

• Daily Onsite BP warehouse & laydown Inspections, site scrap management. • This task is the priority task for It involves intimate working knowledge of the 3GP O3 Data Base and Dashboards. O3 contains the vital project information on material deliveries and availability plus details of completed and planned allocations. The specific task for each group is to be able to interrogate O3 on a rolling 120 look-ahead basis against known allocations (IWP’s) to see if there are gaps or constraints against certain materials that could potentially cause schedule impact. • This PLMM is rolling analysis of the 120 day lookahead planning and must be completed daily. Setting up a routine by discipline group is vital and taking the analysis, reviewing with the PLMM to ensure that every constraint is understood and mitigated is critical to project success. • Becoming familiar with the front-page Dashboards is vital. The PLMM must become proficient to a level that a simple review of the Dashboard will immediately alert the PLMM Lead to any updated constraints and these may then be interrogated by reviewing the underlying data prior to PLMM review.

• Previous experience working in an international environment with expatriate personnel • Previous experience working in a ‘manage by influence’ environment with significant internal & external interfaces
