Terms and Conditions
Supports the 3GP Overall COVID-19 Podding Initiatives with TCO BB, 3GP Business Partners (BP’s) and Project Management Team (PMT) to ensure the health of the work force
Responsible for ensuring compliance with the 3GP Podding Plan that have been assigned to 3GP buildings by number of Pods including transportation, camps, and catering. Also undertaking V&Vs within pods. Change management of workers either who are required to move pods or new job assignments.
Bachelor/Master degree in Human Relations, Business Administration, SCM, CEPS or equivalent
Relevant Experience:
5-10 years of Supervisor/Manager experience in HR, Administration or Planning roles
