Key position reporting to Automation Lead Project Engineer.
The role of the Technical Analyst to manage the vendor documentation review process, material receiving and issue controls/tracking, contractor time sheet control, maintain a live data base for construction /commissioning activities (such as drawing, documents, test procedures, loop check, Functional Test/Cause & Effect Test, QA/QC documentation etc.). PR/PO ordering in Ariba (Non-Stock materials for projects). Follow up with buyer and suppliers on material delivery. Automation Tool Inventory DB updates. Defective Material Return (export) coordination. Maintain the asset details installed by Automation projects.
Experience with Automation/Instrument type of projects, minimum knowledge on various types of Automation/Instrument materials. Experience in handling documents and drawings database. Experience in working with turnarounds and projects. 5+ years’ experience in the industry. Computer skills in MS Windows/Office application. Previous TCO experience is preferred
