Develop scope of work for the steam blowing, chemical cleaning, air blowing, slug flushing and lube oil flushing specialty cleaning vendor. Review technical input to Specialty cleaning contractor proposals.
SME for Chemical Cleaning, High Velocity Water Flushing, Two Phase Water/Air Flushing, Hydraulic and Lube oil flushing, lower pressure continuous steam blowing, closed loop low pressure continuous steam blowing, azeotropic drying, discontinuous air blow high volume/low volume
20 + years international experience in pre-commissioning and commissioning management at refinery, petrochemical, and power generation plants.
Proven expertise in managing large specialty cleaning scope of work during pre-commissioning – commissioning phases to support start up.
strong interpersonal and articulate communications skills in cultivating and maintaining positive working team with diverse backgrounds
