Logistics and Lifting equipment coordinator

Coordinates the control of all transport, lifting and other equipment of the operating warehouses and responsible for technical condition of trucks and all equipment at entrusted territory. It monitors the order/procedure of access of individuals and vehicles. Performs as person in charge and/or work responsible person. Controls compliance with the access procedure/process for personal and vehicles. Controls and responsible for loading and fastening of issuing goods from entrusted facilities. Responsible for the strict performance of the work according to the SI-119 procedure. Responsible for loading and fixing the cargo for transportation. Responsible for the efficient and safe use of warehouse lifting (load-lifting mechanisms – L&LM) and rigging equipment. Organizes control over the rational use of transport in accordance with the established standards of their capacity. Сontrols and responsible for the lifting and rigging operation. Coordinates the organization of the annual, full, partial technical examination of the L&LM. Participates in preparation of defective statements of technological equipment and routine/ capital repair plan. Performs loading/unloading of chemicals and other goods/ materials. Monitors and is responsible for the timely write-off and disposal of heavy equipment and vehicles. Controls the work of the entrusted functional unit. Coordinates and supervises the organization of work with mobile and driving staff, to ensure the uninterrupted operation of transport. Participates in the development, implementation, timely updating and compliance of operation procedures and incident investigation. Coordinates the interaction with the transportation department of TCO. Controls and ensures the efficient use of warehouse resources and space, uniform (rhythmic) work of the entrusted functional unit.

computer skills: Microsoft Office, JDE E1. Must know: TCO policy , ROK labour code. Safe loading, fastening and transportation rules. Materials receiving, issuing and storage requirements and the claims on material quality. The total inventory balance/quantity at entrusted functional group. Experience in inventory management. Safety and Environmental protection. TCO production control regulation.
