Materials Management Specialist

Enter, change, add, remove, correct data in JDE 8.11 warehouse module, reporting materials acceptance, storage, issue at assigned warehouse area in accordance with TCO procedures and policies. Responsible for handling documentation for materials received/issued. Responsible for processing, classification and proper storage of documentation Conduct continuous control of systematic entries in JDE warehouse module. Control and ensure observation of materials acceptance and issue procedures. Conduct timely acceptance, storage and issue of materials. Organize materials check in order to identify unusable materials and their utilization. Control materials shelf life Control and is responsible for timely writing-off and utilization of unusable materials Interact with client and with other departments to increase efficiency of services provided. Control and ensure high quality servicing of clients, promote work processes improvement. Execute work tasks as instructed by supervisor

Advanced user of Microsoft Office. Experience of work with warehouse stock management applied program(2 years and more)
