RAPMD Data Lead

• Reports and provides assistance to RA General Services & Certification Supervisor as requested • Overall responsibility for ensuring the Regulatory Affairs team are registering all required data in RAPMD database to ensure it functions effectively and meets the business reporting needs of the RA Leadership Team • Shall assist with the setting up of Power BI reports related to the status of each Regulatory Affairs Team’s activities • Expedites each RA group to ensure all data is entered daily as required • Takes responsibility for the organisation of data, provision, loading, integration, reflection in the UI, and provides inputs to lower-level architectural solutions • Identifies gaps in data collection and gains agreement from the teams to populate this data • Will work as part of a team on the further development of the database (level of software engineering capability will determine level of engineering involvement) • Shall learn, understand and teach others why data is required, and the specific role each data set plays in providing accurate reporting and an auditable trail of work done • Shall create numerous reports related to status of data population • Interfaces with all RA teams and their members to ensure comprehensive and accurate data population • Shall assist RA team members in functional use of the database, if this is hindering the population of data • Assist with problem solving related to data gaps and possible data sources • Ensures that deliverables are correctly loaded into RAPMD against the correct attributes, scopes, component and systems tags • Load documentation and data into RAPMD as applicable • Shall be responsible to input data if requested by Supervisor • Shall provide reports analyzing the status of regulatory affairs work to identify gaps in RA processes and visibility • Interfaces with the Database Lead as required to provide input, feedback and continuous improvement of the system, reporting of faults, issues. • Author plans, procedures, work instructions, presentations relative to work scope • Assist RAPMD Database Administrator with training sessions to RA personnel and other project groups on the use of the database as requested • Provide support, technical insight, suggestions and advise on improvement of RAPMD system and processes associated with it. • Responsible for alignment and collaboration with Project CMS team as required

Shall be educated to degree level preferably in an IT related subject (database development or programming) and must be fluent in both English and Russian languages. Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI is essential, knowledge of Java, .Net and SQL preferred. Previous experience in database administration, data analysis, data reporting preferred. Proactive, responsible, person with a keen attention to detail, and flexibility to adjust approach during execution of activities, as well as multitask, whilst maintaining priorities
