FGP Training Coordinator is responsible for the provision of assurance and enablement in support of craft training and assessment activities undertaken as part of TCO’s Corporate Social Responsibility Programs, located in both Atyrau and Mangystau Oblasts. This position reports directly to the FGP Head of Capability Development. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Interaction with key stakeholders, including: TCO and FGP senior leadership, training providers, contractors and sub-contractors, RoK government officials, students in support of the CSR programme training and assessment activities; • Support to training providers to develop training and assessment programmes as required to meet the requirements set by TCO; • Support to contractors to identify training needs and to ensure these are factored into training plans as required; • Assurance of Training Provider training and assessment programs. Achieved through a combination of objective audit and subjective inspections in accordance to a set schedule to determine the fitness for purpose of training and assessment; • Enablement of training providers to drive continuous improvement. Achieved through a combination of structured support in specific areas and ad hoc guidance as required; • Reporting on the effectiveness of the CSR programs and specific Contractor / Training Provider performance as required by leadership; • Providing on-site guidance and direction on behalf of the FGP Training Project Manager in support of delivery of team objectives; • Perform any other duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's Degree in an applicable engineering discipline, with a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in activities related to the position’s scope of work; • Familiarity with a range of craft disciplines and the technical requirements of each. Preferable to have held electrical and instrumentation; • Familiarity with training design and delivery. Preferable to have held a position with responsibilities related to the design or delivery of training in a multi-disciplinary environment; • Familiarity with assurance activities. Preferable to have held a position with responsibilities including objective audit and/or subjective inspection experience; • Ability to engage with a range of stakeholders at different levels and deliver complex messages in a clear manner; • Highly motivated individual who is capable of working independently along with working as part of a high-performance team;
