Engineer, Construction - Lead

Coordinate planning and monitor the execution of construction works for Small Capital Projects (SCP) Provide technical oversight at construction sites and coordinate activities with contractors Participate in the preparation and review of construction documentation, work packages, and method statements Organize tendering procedures, including schedule preparation, technical bid evaluation, and contractor selection Monitor project schedules, materials, construction milestones, and work quality Coordinate activities between the project team, construction contractors, and operations departments Participate in incident investigations, root cause analysis, and initiatives to improve efficiency and safety Monitor the completion of commissioning activities and handover of facilities to operations

Higher education in Engineering or Construction At least 4 years of relevant work experience
