Strategic Economic Analysis & Decision Support Consistently applies a deep understanding of economic metrics (NPV, DPI, ROR, ROCE, VOI) to develop robust, data-driven economic analyses, ensuring that project decisions are aligned with business objectives Engages cross-functional teams, planning, and decision analysis (DA) experts to leverage insights and optimize investment strategies. Leads the development, implementation, and sustainment of Project Controls and Risk processes, assurance frameworks, and best practices, ensuring that projects adhere to the highest standards of governance, efficiency, and transparency at all times Works closely with SCM and scope owners to analyze and estimate changes, claims, and contract variations, ensuring cost impacts are well understood and properly managed Provides strategic guidance and leadership in Project Controls and Cost Engineering (CE) risk activities, enabling teams to address project risks, cost variances, and schedule deviations with precision

Higher Degree in Business and Economic Sciences, including Accounting and Finance. Relevant work experience - not less than 6 years
