The Crane Operator (25 t) is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a 25-ton mobile crane for lifting, loading, unloading, and positioning equipment, materials, and other cargo at the worksite. The position is responsible for conducting pre-operational inspections, operating the crane in accordance with approved lifting plans and procedures, ensuring safe load handling, and maintaining compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements. The Crane Operator works closely with riggers, lifting supervisors, and other site personnel to ensure safe and efficient lifting operations
Secondary specialized or technical education; relevant crane operation certification is required
Valid license/certificate to operate mobile cranes up to 25 tons
Minimum 3 years of experience operating mobile cranes in construction, oil & gas, industrial, or similar projects
Knowledge of crane operation, lifting and rigging procedures, load charts, and safe lifting practices
Knowledge of occupational health, safety, and environmental requirements applicable to lifting operations
Ability to conduct daily crane inspections and identify potential mechanical or operational hazards
Ability to understand lifting plans, work permits, and safety instructions
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in shifts and under challenging site conditions
