Badge Coordinator

We are seeking a qualified Badge Coordinator with experience in access badge administration on TCO projects in Tengiz. Coordination and administration of the employee and contractor badge management process, including preparation, issuance, activation, replacement, suspension, and deactivation of access badges. Verification of personnel documentation, employment status, access requirements, and supporting approvals prior to badge issuance. Coordination with HR, Security, Site Access Control, Contractor Management, and relevant departments to ensure timely processing of badge requests. Maintenance and updating of badge records, access databases, reports, and related documentation. Monitoring of badge validity, access permissions, expired or lost badges, and personnel status changes. Support of site mobilization and demobilization activities, including onboarding and offboarding of employees and contractors. Ensuring compliance with Company requirements for site security, access control, confidentiality, data protection, and applicable procedures

Higher education in Administration, Human Resources, Business Management, Security, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in badge administration, access control, personnel administration, contractor management, or a similar role, preferably within the oil & gas or industrial sector. Good knowledge of document control and personnel access procedures. Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Office and experience working with personnel or access-control databases. Ability to work with confidential personnel information and maintain accurate records
