Assist in developing, reviewing and updating the employee relations policies and procedures and ensures their implementation.
Administer the HR Services in a precise and timely manner; and ensures a high quality standard is applied to all transactions.
Monitor and control employees’ data to ensure timely processing and compliance with related policies.
Assist in investigating and conducting disciplinary cases, prepare case briefs, and follow up with regards to the agreed/decided actions.
Coordinate with the recruitment and business partnership section to plan and arrange induction for new recruits, as well as advise new staff on Company’s employee relations policies andprocedures.
Minimum 5 year(s) working experience, 3 year(s) relevant working experience.
Bachelor's Degree in Arts or any related field.
