Must be familiar with:
• RoK laws and regulations, TCO safety procedures, RoK labor code, SNIPs & Standards, TCO technical specifications, ASME, ANSI, NACE, API
• Multiple specific disciplines
• Application of TCO policies and procedures, CPMS, the integration of OE into CPMS
• TCO Way
• Contracting, construction contractor management and administration activities for multiple construction contractors
• Application of DA to a wide variety of technical and business problems
• TCO objectives and strategies and how they relate to project work
• TCO incident investigation processes and be able to lead investigation if needed
Manages the following on projects of medium to high complexity or BU portfolio of projects
• Responsible for safe execution of construction activities implementing and managing work safe practices such IIF, Save a Life (SAL), Human & Organizational Performance (HOP), PTW, etc.but not limited
• Responsible for schedule, quality and cost on an entire project or portion of a project
• Develops and implements staffing plans, staff training plans, staff transition plans, teambuilding, and R&A programs as well as site offices and accommodations
• Responsible for construction contracts of medium to high complexity and risks
• Responsible to support SCM on construction contracts administration and negotiations
• Responsible for document controls and reporting as well as site project controls, quality, and overall construction productivity
• Responsible for influencing the delivery of craft productivity
• Provides input on Work Method Statement and SRRMP reviews
• Involves into Lean Construction and pull planning implementation
• Provides input on constructability reviews
Education: Higher degree in engineering or construction field
Work experience: Relevant work experience in projects’ construction not less than 10 years
PC knowledge and skills: MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Teams, Power-BI)
