Work in SAP program (project creation, project uploads, adjustments, weekly timesheets), in the absence of project coordinator - watch materials, etc.
Appointment as responsible for Safety in the office. Conducting induction training, carrying out UPT, first aid training
Drawing up invoices for payment for performance of service on projects.
Monthly timesheets for shift workers
Issuance of orders, authorization letters, import/export of materials, etc.
Monthly tracking of employees residing in apartments. Tracking of housekeeping.
Preparation of settlement files for incurred costs, reconciliation of incurred costs with customers
Work experience of at least 2-3 years
