Contracts Specialist

Contributes to the systematic management of safety, health, environmental, reliability and efficiency to achieve world-class performance which is in support of TCO Operational Excellence strategy. Prepares and complies service orders, service agreements with contractors and all documents required for contracts execution. Coordinates the entire tender process (tender documentation perparation, bids reception, sending confirmations and explanations to bidders, bids assessment, negotiations and sending tender results to participants). Ensures compliance with the set contracting policy and set procedures of work with contracts. Maintains negotiations and finalizes contracts with contractors or suppliers. Serves as a link with N&L and other internal functions for review/obtaining permissions to make changes to the terms and conditions of the contract. Develops a detailed plan of actions in order to execute required tasks. Gathers, collates, summarizes and presents in a structured manner information and develops solutions in the context of job description.

Higher education (technical, economic or legal education preferred). Work experience: 1 - 3 years in Supply Chain Management Area in local or foreign companies. Knowledge of Microsoft programs, Computer based analytical tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI). Knowledge of Ariba and JDE programs is preferable. Strong communication skills both written and oral, presentation skills, demonstrates excellent team work, ability to work under time pressure and with limited supervision.
