Equipment Coordinator\Supply Specialist

Carries out all supply services for cost centers of KTL, SGP, SGI, off-site and contractors’ facilities. Maintains contact with requesters to ensure timely delivery of the materials required. Assesses needs to determine the possibility to meet them at the expense of existing resources prior to placing a direct order, including potential replacement options. Determines what and how many inventories shall be available in stock. Coordinates and/or analyzes the available inventory to identify opportunities for standardization and to avoid duplication. Tracks materials ordered per РR/WO/SO till the final order fulfillment. Provides weekly report on status 41-45 regarding WO, WM. Updates data on PR/PO on weekly basis and publish on webpage for customers. Checks status of work orders timely to save time on direct and stock orders. Coordinates actions with Inventory Management group to confirm the correctness of new and existing requirements for stock creating. Responsible for creating Stock Authorization Requests (SAR).

Education: Higher (technical degree). Work experience: 3 years and more, preferably in Maintenance. IT knowledge and skills: A confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) Outlook, JDE E1, Ariba. Must have good knowledge of TCO equipment and related maintenance procedures. Must have good understanding and knowledge of planning processes, identifying priorities and scheduling maintenance. Must be able to effectively coordinate and organize work with different groups. Must be able to effectively establish relationship with customers. Must have knowledge of inventory/procurement processes. Must have technical knowledge of equipment standards. Must be ready and able to take responsibility for work under minimal control.
