KAZAKH AND CHINA UNIVERSITY STUDENTS VISITED BOLASHAK GROUP

As part of the Summer Industrial Program of Safi Utebayev university Bolashak Group organised a series of educational activities for students from Kazakhstan and China universities.

The main event was a workshop - How can Gen Z adapt to a rapidly changing job market? Svetlana Zhalkovskaya, Head of Recruitment, spoke about the skills and competencies that employers value today, why soft skills are becoming increasingly important, and how young professionals can stay competitive in today's job market.

The program also included a practical session delivered by SEFtec Global Training. Under the guidance of an instructor, students learned the basics of first aid and practiced cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) on a training manikin.

To encourage creative and critical thinking, participants took part in an interactive team activity. Through practical exercises, they learned how to present themselves confidently during a job interview, highlight their strengths, and work effectively as a team.

At the end of the program, participants received certificates of completion and commemorative gifts from Bolashak Group.

For Bolashak Group, initiatives like these help strengthen international cooperation and support the professional development of future specialists.
