For Bolashak Group participating in the annual marathon has long become more than a sporting event. This year the company once again joined Atyrau Marathon 2026, turning the race into a reflection of a strong corporate culture that connects people far beyond the office walls.

Some employees stood out in particular by taking part in multiple мараthon events across the country, further strengthening the company’s presence within Kazakhstan’s growing running community. Muldir Borasheva completed the 10 km distance in both Almaty and Atyrau, while Mendigul Galymzhanova represented Bolashak Group at the BI Astana Marathon.

Each runner became part of a larger story - one about resilience, unity, and the shared desire to grow stronger together. And perhaps most inspiring are those employees who return to the finish line year after year, shaping a close-knit running culture within the company: Sofya Guzikova, Botagoz Murzagaliyeva, Aizhan Aitassova, Dana Zhalymbetova, Assel Jumayeva, Aizhan Rakhymgaliyeva, Altynai Akylbek, Artur Minikhanov, Evgeniy Pak, Kuanyshbek Kabdeshev, Mukhammed Zhumabayev, Zhansaya Umbetova, Saltanat Kenzhegaliyeva and Miras Azhigul.
