An important international event aimed at strengthening economic ties between Kazakhstan and Italy has concluded in Milan. A business forum, organized with the support of the Embassy of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and Petrocouncil participation as a partner, was focused on trade and investment opportunities and brought together representatives from governments, businesses, and experts from various sectors. 

The forum resulted in signing key agreements to develop trade and investment relations, discussion of measures to support cooperation in energy, infrastructure and industry, establishment of new partnerships, as well as initiatives on cultural and scientific exchange.

The Kazakh delegation also met in Madrid with the Spanish EPC contractor TECNICAS REUNIDAS (TR). The implementation of the polyethylene project in the Atyrau region, TR's activities in the international market, the use of their expertise in Kazakhstan, as well as joint cooperation on local content and localization were discussed.
