Nauryz is characterized as the awakening of new life, the beginning of a new year and spring, the symbol of nature renewal. Nauryz is the main holiday of the year for Kazakh people and many nationalities of Central Asia and the Middle East, celebrated for more than five thousand years.
Nauryz continues to be an important corporate and cultural event at Bolashak Group. This year our company celebrated Nauryz giving favorable consideration starting from decoration to performances and treats. We approached the holiday preparation with creativity to create a unique atmosphere for all employees.
One of the main ideas was to set up half-yurts inside the office. These traditional dwellings symbolized real auls allowing everyone to experience the spirit of the celebration - lively, joyful and unforgettable. The focus was on the Company itself, transforming into an "aul" for all its employees.
Each department supported this idea by decorating yurts with a unique theme that added diversity and color to the holiday. The Recruitment department transformed into the aul of traders where everyone could see a variety of goods and souvenirs. The Finance department became the aul of the wealthy, symbolizing the abundance and prosperity of the company. The HR department called itself the "Bolashak" aul, emphasizing the company's future and perspectives. The Travel, visa and migration department reflected true nomads with batyrs, their yurt conveyed the spirit of travel and courage. Meanwhile, the Facilities, IT and Transportation departments became the aul of Abylkhair Khan, connecting themselves with our office location in Atyrau.
Each department presented bright performances and show programs. Employees successfully realized their creative talents in dances, songs and theatrical performances. The holiday became memorable for its bright talents, fun and joy.
The celebration of Nauryz this year became a significant event, leaving many emotions and memories, symbolizing the unity and cooperation of big Bolashak group family.
