The Forum PetroHR 2024: «People – New Energy» was held in Aktau on August, 23, as part of the cooperation development in the field of Human capital management and qualification improvement of the personnel in the Oil and Gas industry. The event was organized by Petroсouncil with the support of JSC «KazMunayGas» and brought together the top management of leading Oil and Gas operators, representatives of government agencies and oilfield service companies. 

Discussions at the forum covered a range of topics, including the use of artificial intelligence and digitalization in HR management, petrochemicals and polyethylene production in Kazakhstan, crisis management programs in companies, key directions for developing human resources in the sector, trends in personnel management, and many other issues.

The strategic session joined together professionals from various companies that was especially valuable for sharing experiences and ideas. And the quiz at the end of the forum, dedicated to the 125th anniversary of Kazakhstan's oil, allowed HR professionals to demonstrate their knowledge and erudition in the history of the Oil and Gas industry of both Kazakhstan and other Global Oil powers.
