On September 12-13, a large-scale event “HUMAN CAPITAL FORUM 2024: 3D Integration and Going Beyond HR”, organized by HR Managers Association of Kazakhstan was held in Aktau. The forum brought together various experts, heads of leading companies and business owners from across Kazakhstan. Participants were immersed in a rich and dynamic program, including speeches of speakers, experts and headliners, HR-cases, networking and acquaintances. 

The key topics of the forum included:

• Cross Influence: Marketing & HR
• Modern Leadership: Between Tradition & Innovation
• Innovative Management: Creative Approaches and Strategies 

The key insight at the event was the review of current changes in labor legislation and their impact on organizational behavior in modern companies from leading expert Natalia Gileva. This included discussions on corporate culture, HR management, and relationships between employees and management.
