On 25th April Bolashak held an open day for its clients in the office. The main purpose was to introduce our clients to the company’s work processes from within and to provide full information about our services, which we have been rendering for 18 years to a range of industry sectors throughout Kazakhstan and beyond. Our guests were shown presentational and video materials, where we gathered unique footage and information about Bolashak’s entire period of operations. Guests were pleased to talk to employees of each department with whom they have been interacting for years, but never had an opportunity to meet them in person. We have presented information about how we manage our work processes, and we have provided interesting recent news about the company and information aboutinnovative procedures that have been introduced in the company. A great deal of interest was generated by the Emotional Intelligence workshop conducted by the invited business coach Yelena Lazareva. Both guests and our own team gained a variety of impressions, emotions and information and at the end of the day no one even wanted to leave. They all stayed and continued sharing views, ideas and answering questions. For us, as organizers, the event was very effective and we hope that our clients were able to learn something new and useful for themselves. It was a great honour to host our clients in our office and we will make every effort to make our following meetings and events even more exciting.
