Analyst, Business Planning and Performance, HSE-I

Ensure collection, entry into tables / databases, and quality control of the data in accordance with requirements of the applicable OE Process. Work with other TCO departments / business partners / other parties on collecting, verifying and entering information per the applicable OE Process. Compare the statistical data for the current and previous periods and ensure analysis of growing / declining trends, provide justification in case of data discrepancy. Provide statistical data per the applicable OE Process to various customers per request. Update data collection and reporting forms in accordance with TCO and corporate requirements. Act as an expert in databases and reporting related to the applicable OE Process. Utilize / maintain other databases with information on the applicable OE Process (internal and corporate). Participate in database functionality testing prior to upgrade / enhancement. Put together and send out reports on the applicable OE Process by the established due dates and per the established frequency. Perform cross-functional analyses by using data from other OE processes. Track the applicable OE Process schedules, metrics, events execution, actions implementation, etc. and render assistance to the group and customers in achieving the targets. Maintain electronic / hardcopy archives with applicable OE Process data in accordance with internal and corporate requirements. Perform SME support for technical part of HSE Sharepoint sites & libraries development, manage accesses to SP sites. Develop & implement various HSE digital tools to simplify the routine activities. Support other HSE teams as needed

Higher education degree (economic/technical). Work experience 3 to 5 years of experience in the field of data analysis and maintenance of various data storage and processing systems.
