Cost Estimation Engineer

Directly participate in the preparation of design documentation at all stages of design; Perform technical calculations, develop alternative technical solutions, carry out technical and economic assessments for specific design cases, and submit recommendations to the Lead Engineer and Chief Specialist for final decision-making; Independently perform, within the scope of own discipline, calculations and prepare drawings of general layouts of facilities, structures and assemblies, master plans, and basic process flow diagrams; Prepare, in accordance with own discipline, sections of explanatory notes, bills of quantities, and procurement (purchase) specifications; While working under the supervision of the Lead Engineer and Chief Specialist, ensure coordination of own work with the work of other team members; Sign the technical documentation prepared personally and be responsible for its completeness, compliance of graphical materials with calculation data, and correctness of technical solutions and calculations; Avoid the development of individual (non-standard) designs when standard solutions, structures, components, schemes, or other design materials are available; Be responsible for the correct application of standard solutions, codes, regulations, and GOST standards; Perform assigned tasks within established deadlines and with high quality; Take an active part in technical training activities; Monitor advancements in science and technology relevant to the field of work and apply new progressive solutions in developed projects, including implementation of scientific labor organization practices; Systematically improve professional qualifications, study new technical literature, guidance, and regulatory documents; Maintain daily records of completed work; Know internal labor regulations of the Company; Know occupational health and safety rules and regulations; Participate in the implementation of the Company’s Policy and Objectives in the field of the Integrated Management System (IMS); Comply with the requirements of the Integrated Management System in order to eliminate or reduce risks; Use consumed resources efficiently (electricity, water, paper).

Experience in preparation of cost estimate documentation, including local, summary, and object estimates using the ABC software, for at least 5 years. Proficient in applying updates in accordance with the norms and regulations Experience in preparation of the Construction Organization Plan (COP). Proven experience in passing State Expertise review.
