• Make detailed action plan to execute assignments • Assemble, summarize and structure the information • Develop decision alternatives within his/her job capabilities • Act independently with minimum level of work performance control • Express his/ her thoughts clearly, distinctly and in a structured manner in written and verbal form • Identifies critical directions jointly with the management of the department. Arranging and conducting meetings with TA coordinators and supervisors to optimize critical path schedules • Knowledgeable of all phases of the Impact Process and major milestones • Analyzes work performance and preparation of temporary, resource, material and cost reports for this work • Monitors operational expenses budget by verifying that materials and works have been forecasted thoroughly • Prepares reports and facilitates update/lookahead meetings during TA execution • Knowledgeable of Solomon Benchmarking and different classifications of scope • Advanced User of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) • Has strong knowledge of main planning tools, such as MS project, Primavera and similar programs
• Higher technical education • Practical work experience in discipline required to perform work planning – not less than 5 years
