Develops procedures and working tools for tracking the status of KPIs for the Regulatory Compliance Department .
Organizes and supports internal and external trainings, including maintaining calendars, registering participants, liaising with providers, and preparing training reports.
Participates in the digitalization of department processes, including implementing digital tools, automating reporting, and optimizing workflows under the guidance of senior colleagues.
Collects and updates data for KPI calculations, assists in preparing analytical reports, and updates Power BI dashboards.
Prepares KPI reports for the Regulatory Compliance Department.
Prepares and submits a weekly work report.
Prepares monthly and quarterly reports on Regulatory Compliance Department activities upon request.
Coordinates the review of each position individually and establishes requirements in accordance with all applicable technical regulations, standards, and norms of the Republic of Kazakhstan (RoK) and the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU).
Primarily considers the possibility of applying existing valid documents for conformity confirmation (serial certificates) and other permitting documentation.
Coordinates the determination of certification and declaration strategy, including the required number of samples for testing, as well as whether samples will be returned or not after testing.
Reviews additional information on purchased materials and/or equipment with clarified details in material orders and verifies alignment with the preliminary certification strategy.
Coordinates the interaction process with responsible executors from various TCO departments at different stages of material certification.
Provides technical support to the team lead and participates in decision-making by offering well-founded recommendations on certification, metrology, and regulatory technical requirements.
Assists in preparing for working sessions with stakeholders, including agendas, presentations, and supporting materials.
Provides support in conducting lessons-learned sessions and prepares reports upon completion.
Monitors timely execution of assigned tasks and necessary actions following events (lessons-learned sessions, workshops with other TCO departments, etc.).
Responsible for the design and updating of SharePoint.
Higher technical education (Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information technology, or an engineering-related specialty).
Work Experience: At least 3 years in the position of engineer and/or specialist in the field of regulatory and technical compliance during the design, construction, and operation of oil and gas and industrial facilities.
