Specialist, Turnover

• Safety: Be a leader in safety and protecting the environment. • Contributes to safety program, health and environment protection, reliability and efficiency in order to achieve world-class performance of TCO OE strategies. • Interface and communication with all construction stakeholders: Information Management Center (IMC), Construction Group, Business Partners, Operations etc • Control / maintaining / update / approval of as-built documentation package forms. • Create list of all As-Built drawings for the project in Systems Completion database based on all issued JPKs and taking into account TCO DRS code • Receive from IMC and distribute Job Packs, additional and/or updated construction drawings to Contractors, Construction Specialists, Turnover Engineers and other stakeholders. • Accept, verify, send drawing revisions for scanning and updating to IMC. Ensure proper retention of as-built drawings. • Accept and verify as-built documentation. • File as-built documentation (checklists, acts, forms etc.) in group folders and retain them for complete handover to Archive. • Liaise with BPs to eliminate non-compliances in as-built documentation. Liaise with BPs to expedites as-built documentation handover. • Update information in Turnover data bases and project folders. • Provide as-built documentation handover progress evaluation report to Turnover Lead • Support and advise Contractors / TCO Construction Specialists on all aspects related to as-built documentation completeness. • Issue covering documents for turnover documentation. • Participate in development of new turnover procedures / guidelines. • Participate in Construction, SID and PSSR Walk Dawns, fill Construction/ SID PL forms, collect signatures of involved parties • Control PL Close out process, Informe all involved parties about deadlines • Processing transmittals and submission of ABRL drawings to IMC for back drafting process
