Contribution to HSE programs: • Contributes to structured organization of work in health, safety, environment, reliability, and efficiency in pursuit of world-class performance, aligned with the Production Optimization Management System (POMS) • Supports systematic management of safety, environmental protection, health, reliability, and efficiency to achieve world-class performance in support of TCO’s Production Optimization strategy • Demonstrates commitment to TCO Way and safety culture programs through personal example • Actively participates in observations and audits, encouraging employee engagement Procedure Development, Update, and Approval Process: • Acts as Power User for procedure and shift turnover applications • Supports and advises end users from Production Operations department • Provides system support and consultation to procedure administrators from Automation, Maintenance, and Off-plot departments • Manages access to procedure development applications • Publishes approved procedures in Procedure Hub • Grants access to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CART, OP Audit, and OP Feedback tools • Provides requested data to Operations Support Group (e.g., overdue, temporary, deleted procedures, MOC updates, number of reviewed procedures) • Maintains and optimizes the procedure review workflow (e.g., adding Safe Operating Limits, updating reviewer groups) • Monthly updates operators on revised emergency procedures for timely printing and storage • Uploads all new and updated procedures to the web • Maintains Power BI report for balanced procedure review for Operations Consultants • Identifies and resolves technical issues with digital applications • Collects and provides Conduct of Operations (COO) data monthly; maintains COO Advisor Power BI report • Participates in HSE meetings to introduce new tools for operators and consultants • Develops training materials for procedures and managing communications processes • Participates in assessments of corporate standards, routine duties, and managing communications processes • Acts as Power User for TCO’s D2 Documentum system • Coordinates with TCO IT and Chevron vendors to resolve issues • Notifies procedure writers of planned system maintenance and downtime • Tests and supports implementation of new software versions • Collaborates with vendors for successful migration to new Procedure Hub platform • Tests mobile version of procedure application for use and supports rollout • Ensures continuous update of databases and record systems • Works with TCO IT teams on application integration with databases and systems • Applies data management systems for archiving and retrieving technical and procedural documentation • Collects, analyzes, and builds Power BI reports on procedures and electronic shift turnover logs • Edits the Procedure Process web page • Develops and updates tools for procedure criticality assessment and feedback • Maintains ORD&OP Power BI dashboard, including reports on Maintenance Procedures, Shift Communication, and Procedure Change Management • Regularly reviews and updates procedure writers list in the system • Provides full support for electronic trackers of Production and Maintenance procedures • Recommends improvements and optimizations for process and group efficiency Training and development: • Conducts application training for new hires and upon request • Updates and creates training materials for procedures • Supports cross-training of analysts from other processes to ensure coverage during absences • Advises staff on the entire procedure process from creation to publication and usage
• Education: Higher education (IT) • Experience: Minimum 3 years in IT or accredited professional qualification • Languages: Kazakh – fluent, Russian - fluent; advanced English • IT Skills: • Advanced user of MS Office, Power BI, Web Editor, Smart Procedures, Procedure Hub, IMC, C-notes, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps or similar applications. • Knowledge of software application support, hardware/software networks, network/system management tools • Understanding of operating systems, automated information processing design, programming, network concepts, and AV systems • Knowledge of LAN organization and network equipment configuration
