• Safety: Be a leader in safety and protecting the environment. • Contributes to safety program, health and environment protection, reliability and efficiency in order to achieve world-class performance of TCO OE strategies. • Oversight & management of software and databases used by the Turnover Team. Ensures their integrity, applicability, and security • Interacts and maintains information interchange with all parties involved in the construction process: Information Management Centre (IMC), DCC, Construction Group, Business Partners, Operations and so on. • Creates and supports Group’s webpages using Microsoft Expression WEB, Adobe Photoshop and other graphical software and HTML editors. • Supports Share Point applications, upgrades and updates the information. • Develops and implements the Turnover Management System • Creates, supports, updates and modifies the Systems Completion databases (PIMS, MS SQL). • Adds, modifies, and updates the information in the databases • Adds and updates the information in the project folders. • Prepares and sends out daily, weekly, monthly Turnover and other reports on a regular basis. • Consults other members of Turnover Group, support contractors, TCO Construction Specialists, coordinates and consults them on all aspects of Information Technologies. • Provides Turnover Lead with the information on the efficiency of the databases work. • Participates in the development of new systems completion procedures and manuals. • Engages with TCO Digital Team in developing dashboards and productivity tools • Provides support to all departments of the project group after agreement with the Line supervisor

Education Higher-level technical education Work experience 3 years of employment experience in the same specific occupation Language skills Russian, English (Intermediate) PC knowledge and skills Microsoft Access, Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Expression WEB 4, Visio, Adobe Photoshop и ПК; MS SQL, MS Access Visual Studio IDE C# / VB, Active Server Pages\Web Forms, HTML, JavaScript, CSS PowerBI и Power Apps
