• Task Management • Leads process optimization using standard protocols. Facilitates business demand forecasting and helps position digital services to meet that demand. • Manages multiple assignments with medium complexity • Manage and improve ITSM processes and workflows. • Coordinate with IT teams to resolve complex incidents. • Conduct detailed root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. • Develop and deliver training programs for digital team, conduct onboarding to company ITSM processes and procedures • Strategic Alignment and Technical Execution • Leads a team of professionals working on tasks related to digital value delivery processes • Assignments may include: • - Budget and service coordination of specific digital function • - Adapting and developing new processes, tools and procedures; • - Demonstrates Lean Agile leadership, coaching team towards goals and removing barriers. • - Identifies changes in business or technology conditions, pivots to new approaches and identifies new strategies to deliver better business outcomes • - Maintains consistently high levels of performance under tight deadlines and changing business conditions • - Lead initiatives on improvement of information risk management and cybersecurity to protect the company; • - Assesses business technology needs and ensures alignment between business and technology strategies • - Leading the specification, design, and procurement of digital technologies; • - Conducting analysis to identify and monitor trends and acts as process manager for ITIL/ITSM management; • - Diagnosis of complex requirements and development of change management processes • Steakeholder engagement and change management Interacts with internal and external users. This includes meetings to define/clarify digital solution specifications, and provide analytical support. • Act as a mentor to less experienced staff in IT. • Defines tasks and priorities for junior staff. • Demonstrates ability to work effectively and cooperatively with customers, contractors, and team members. • Knowledge management and contunous improvement • Through daily work activities develops deeper understanding of business processes in their area of support responsibility, while expanding the business scope to include other aspects of operations. • Works on business process improvements and optimization in Digital as well involves experts from other departments as needed.

Education: • Higher education (economics, technical or business administration) Work experience • No less than 2-3 years of relevant experience Language skills • Preferably Kazakh, Russian, English (Upper-intermediate) PC skills • Proficient user of productivity software at managing data, creating documents, and designing presentations to efficiently complete diverse tasks • Proficient Skills of presenting orally and in writing key technical notions. Must know: 1. Financial management to support decision making required for role (business planning, cost analysis, budgeting/forecasting, etc.). 2. Coaching a team on Agile mindset, methodoligies, and frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile 3. Business and Product analysis of complex problems and issues, business case justifications, risk management 4. Digital and technology proficiency. 5. Information risk management and cybersecuirity. 6. Process improvement, service management, supplier management 7. Operational Excellence and Leading Performance principles. 8.
